Today Paul and a co-worker/friend of his participated in the 2012 Mud Run here in Lincoln.
There he goes!
Alexa and I stood in the rain on the sidelines and cheered him on (and Alexa managed to get pretty muddy herself).
It was pretty hilarious to watch all these silly people soaked in mud and running through obstacles.
We were very proud of Paul and Alexa decided she will join him in the run next year. I can't say the same for myself!
